Yes! Listing your gear on ReKit is completely free during our launch period. We want to make it as easy as possible for sellers to join the community. In the future, a small commission may apply to completed sales, but listing will always be free.
ReKit uses a secure escrow system. When a buyer commits to a purchase, their payment is held safely by ReKit. The funds are only released to the seller after both parties confirm the transaction at the meetup. This protects both buyers and sellers.
ReKit is focused on padel equipment: rackets, shoes, bags, balls, grips, and accessories. We plan to expand to other sports categories in the future. All items must be in usable condition — our AI helps verify this during the listing process.
After a purchase is confirmed through the app, both buyer and seller agree on a meetup location — typically a padel court or club. At the meetup, the buyer inspects the gear, and both parties confirm the handoff in the app using a QR code scan. Simple, safe, and social.
Absolutely. ReKit uses anonymized communication (no phone numbers or emails are shared until a transaction is confirmed), secure payment processing, and encrypted data storage. Your privacy is our priority.
ReKit has a built-in dispute resolution process. If either party is unsatisfied, they can raise a dispute within 24 hours of the meetup. Our team reviews the case, and if needed, the escrow funds are returned to the buyer. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours.
